Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
If a product is defective, missing parts, has a factory fault not caused by the customer, or differs from the specifications published on our website, the company will cover all courier charges for the return or exchange. The customer must inform us and return the item within 2 working days from the delivery date.
To further facilitate our customers, we also offer a money-back guarantee (terms and conditions apply).
Please note that laces after cutting, made-to-order items, customised items, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the customer paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), they may choose to receive a cash refund or a voucher.
Processing time: 10–15 working days.
If the customer prepaid online, the refund will be processed through online banking.
If an order contains multiple products and the customer wishes to return only one item, this is permitted; however, the courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Customers may request order cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. If the cancellation request is made after shipment, the customer will be required to pay all delivery charges.
